Our client which is a successful US - based global company who focuses in luxury design and manufacturer of Audio Visual and Automotive Products for USA and European markets. They have offices which located in USA, UK, Hong Kong and China.
They are now expanding their team to attract passionate and energetic talents to join their in-house applications' development team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements, prepare requirements specification
- Develop mobile applications on Android platform for company products
- Develop documents to ensure smooth project execution
- Manage various projects on mobile applications including consumer apps, GPS navigation, ecommerce apps and technology apps
- Participate in development life cycle including design, coding, testing, implementation and maintenance
- Design user experience and user interface with graphic designer
- Implement a data path from Java to low-level embedded C software such that embedded hardware could be controlled by app
- Optimize code to maximize throughput of device drivers
- Deal with ad-hoc duties as assigned by Line Managers
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related disciplines from a top-tier university
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably gained in a sizable organization
- Passionate about mobile application development
- Strong experience with Java (for Android)
- Have a solid experience in handling front-end development interface (GUI) and back-end coding
- Possess knowledge of capabilities and constraints of Android
- Excellent project management skills and strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure in multi-task environment
