Senior Network Analyst
Job Summary
- Support the planning/design of and provide technical support for data communications network or group of networks in the organization
- Research and evaluation of network technology and recommending purchases of network equipment
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support and maintain the overall network infrastructure throughout the organization
- Implementation of new infrastructures, hardware refreshment to align with industry standards
- Apply the changes to network in line with business requirements
- Network design and implementation for regional coverage
- Responsible to build and maintain the technical diagrams, documentation and associated system processes and procedures
- Contribute to business continuity and business recovery exercises, taking part in regular business continuity testing
- Co-ordinate with external vendors on system inquiries and maintenance
- Network Monitoring and troubleshooting
- Participating in all stages throughout the lifecycle of network equipment
- Coordination and working across teams and vendors on project implementations and remediation
- Providing Level 2 and 3 support
- Perform ad-hoc duties as required
