Job Description:

  • With solid Service Desk experience and generic IT knowledge
  • Perform level 1 support on troubleshooting, incident Ticket Escalation
  • Provide IT system usage support to clients' end users
  • Maintain Service Level Agreement on providing technical support service
  • Responsible ticket resolving according to case severity

Requriements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or other related subjects
  • 3+ years working experience in helpdesk support or IT support call handling
  • Good communication and presentatio skills
  • Less experience candidates will be consider as Service Desk Agent
