Senior System Analyst
A leading insurance company are seeking a Senior System Analyst to join their regional team to provide Level 2 support for production applications.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for leading performing technical project tasks.
- Lead and co-ordinate system changes and regular maintenance tasks e.g. security patching, scheduled reboot etc.
- Provide end-to-end support of production applications including administration, installation and configuration.
- Liaise with third-party vendors for L3 escalation.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience.
- Solid hands-on project experience with SharePoint & ServiceNow.
- Solid understanding of Active Directory, ADFS, SAML and IAMaaS solutions.
- Good knowledge of cloud solutions and digital services.
- Strong knowledge of various infrastructure technologies e.g. Windows clustering, networks, storage, virtualization etc.
- Working experience in financial services is highly preferable.
