Our Client is a world class IT Consulting and Project Management company, providing Consultancy, Managed Services and Resourcing solutions to the world's biggest names.
Responsibilities:
- Perform support and administration duties on infrastructure, including Server, Network, Security, SAN, PABX, VoIP, VC and Wi-Fi services
- Proactively monitor the system operational status, capacity and performance of supported infrastructure, ensuring that they remain within acceptable limits
- Execute and deliver infrastructure services to drive the growth of our business areas
- Schedule, execute, and monitor the infrastructure projects
- Manage and oversee the entire project lifecycle
- Provide project oversight, leadership, and client management
- Manage all site activities and sub-contractors performance
- Work close with the commercial team for delivery of IT projects
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in IT infrastructure support
- Good communication skills (written and oral) in English and Cantonese
- Holder of MCP, MCSE, CCNA and/or ITIL is an advantage
- Candidates who come from an IT system integrator/ IT vendor in an advantage
- Professional attitude with strong problem solving, communication and inter-personal skills
