Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, administration, troubleshooting and tuning of IT system and network infrastructure
- Implementing and testing new server and computer technologies
- Be the first point of customer engagement and provide thoughtful day-to-day comprehensive technical support to administrators from initial challenge through resolution
- Prepare procedures and documents in the responsible areas
- Liaise with vendors for technical issue resolution;
- Perform regular system review, capacity monitoring, fault diagnosis and problem management;
Requirements:
- University graduate in Computer Engineering / Science or related disciplines
- At least 5 years experience in IT infrastructure administration and support
- Experience in desktop administration, remote desktop support required
- Strong in technical support skills including trouble shooting, performance tuning, capacity planning, monitoring tools recommendation, customization, deployment and usage
- Good communication skill in both Cantonese and English
