Responsibilities:
- Provide administration, support and problem solving of server side systems;
- Perform hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting of server and network devices;
- Assist the management of outsourcing IT contractors, IT procurement, such as source IT solutions and evaluate related products;
- Monitor the performance of outsourcing contractors in performing ongoing support and maintenance;
- Monitor daily system backup, keep track and maintain software and hardware inventory records.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma / Degree in IT or relevant disciplines.
- At least 6 years' experience in IT system support, including 2 year in experience in vendor management is an advantage.
- A good team player, with good communication skills to co-ordinate across teams and end users.
- Proficient in Windows client OS platforms and Microsoft Office software support with strong problem solving skills.
- Familiar with IT Security, Network System and Server Virtualisation;
- Less experience will also consider as IT Infrastructure Specialist.
