Duties:
- Provide services on planning, implementation and support of complex data network
- Provide technical account servicing to customers
- Analyze customer requirements and provide network design
- Lead a team to implement and support networking and security solutions
- Liaise with supplier and manufacturer to provide effective support to customer
- Coordinate with internal parties for tender bidding and project implementation
- Provide technical training and documentation to customers
- Perform ad hoc or emergency call out service when required
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Electronics, Computer or Information Engineering or equivalent discipline
- At least 3 years' experience in supporting complex network infrastructure projects
- In depth skill in Cisco , H3C or Huawei networking products, Cisco security products or F5 load balancer products
- Holder of CCNP, H3CSE, HCNP, F5 Certified Technology Specialist or equivalent
- Strong problem solving and analytical skill
- Self motivated, customer oriented and able to work under pressure
- Excellent communication skill in English and Cantonese
