Our client is a Information Technology Solution Company, they are looking for a Specialist or Operator to join their operations team.
Responsibilities
- Perform the system and jobs monitoring
- Responsible for the system health check
- Handle the hotline, service desk services and problem escalation
- Handle backup tape
- Daily report printing
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Diploma / degree holder in Computer Science or related IT discipline
- At least 1 year operation experience on Government IT systems
- At least 1 year operation experience in supporting Unix based systems (IBM AIX, Oracle Solaris, etc.) and Windows platform in a high-availability and cluster environment
- Basic PC troubleshooting skills would be an advantage
- Good computer knowledge, communication skills and telephone manner
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Willing to work on public holidays & 7x24 roster
- Work location: Tsuen Wan, remote sites occasionally; shift is required
