Responsibilities
1) Technical management on VMWare and VDI enterprise platforms including system design, VROps, capacity planning, performance review and troubleshooting
2) Define and maintain the standard operation workflow on Infrastructure services
3) Manage audit and regulation requests; provide and review the evidences promptly as required
4) Hands-on management of daily support operation on Infrastructure services and maintain the stability and secured Infrastructure environment
5) Proactive to propose the technical solutions for short and long-term Infrastructure architecture design and standardization based on industry standard, regulation and business requirements
6) Management of Infrastructure services projects, provide technical Infrastructure solutions for any IT or business project or BAU request
7) On-call standby support is required in non-office hours
Requirements
1) Degree holder in Information Technology or related discipline
2) At least4~ 10 years' solid working experience in systems design, implementation and troubleshooting and 3 years in enterprise systems architecture with standardization
3) Strong technical architect on VMWare virtualization
4) Technical experience on VDI enterprise with Citrix Xendesktop and software package is preferred
5) Project management experience is desired
6) Knowledge of storage and backup infrastructure is advance
