Our client which is a well-known property investment firm with an extensive real estate portfolio in Hong Kong, with ownership and managing commercial offices and shopping malls situated in key cities across Mainland China.
The ideal candidate would need very good communication skills (Cantonese) and be able to work independently. He or She will attend internal and external meeting with various parties.
Team Structure:
- This key position will be reporting to the Senior Manager.
- There will be an Analyst Programmer reporting to the System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Participate in projects - Financial Accounting System, Property Management System
- Conduct System Design, Analysis, Program delivery and program quality control
- Coordination with internal infrastructure team to deliver solution, schedule to internal users
- Continuous improvements to business applications
Requirements:
- Strong experiences and project exposures in Oracle E-Business Suite R12 - Finance/accounting modules (preferred)
- Oracle Forms, Workflow, Java SQL Server, SQL, PL / SQL
- Experience in vendor management/project management is a plus
