Successful candidates will be contracted to our client in public sector to perform the below duties:
Responsibilities:
Report to the Senior IT manager, the SA has to
- Provide technical solutions to a wide range of system problems
- Analyze and evaluate user requirements by coordinating with the user to define the problem, system availability, report requirement and system design problem
- Responsible to carry out the on-going support duty on system platforms, perform system change and re-configuration on support system software
- Monitor the system healthiness and carry out performance tuning, setup corresponding environments such as SIT, UAT and production
- Provide technical and consultative advices to users, handle user enquiries both local and overseas, as well as providing technical support
- Develop, test, implement and maintain application systems
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain systems
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science or related discipline
- Over 5-year experience in system support or application development, of which at least 3-year experience in the capacity of System Analyst
- Experience in application development using .NET, JavaScript, Java and MS SQL Server is an advantage
- Some knowledge in Websphere / J-Boss Application Server, API management
- Technical architecture experience would be an advantage
- Solid knowledge in Linux, Windows platforms
- Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Competency in written and verbal communication in both Chinese and English
