Duties:
- Provide first line system administration and support service to customers
- Provide system and network consultation service to customers
- Setup of network equipment including Cisco, Huawei, Dell, Peplink, Ruijie, etc.
- Troubleshooting of IEPL, MPLS-VPN, Internet (BGP) network
Requirements:
- Diploma in IT discipline
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server setup and configuration
- Hands-on experience in Network setup, configuration and troubleshoot
- Can communication in Cantonese, English, Putonghua
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure and demanding environment
- Non-office working hours is required occasionally
