Our client, a global company with diverse business operations, they are looking for an in house System Engineer to join their infrastructure team.
Duties:
- Provide daily technical & system support on desktop, servers and network devices
- Perform routine IT operations including system monitoring / administration, logs review and data backup
- Provide IT support for end-users and prepare the IT document and reporting
- Carry out daily computer operation, system administration, system backup, preventive maintenance
- On-call basis emergency support after office hours and occasional travel are required
Requirements:
- Degree holder of Computer Science or a related discipline
- 2+ of relevant experience in IT infrastructure administration or IT support
- Experience and/ or knowledge in Microsoft product, especially in Active Directory, Exchange and database administration
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
