Our client, a well known corporate bank, is looking for a System Support to join their Infrastructure Support team
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Perform helpdesk service and user support
· Provide first tier technical support including troubleshooting,
problem identification, resolution and escalation
· Perform daily operation on servers, server room and IT infrastructure
Requirements:
· Degree/Higher Diploma Holder in IT or related discipline
· Minimum 2 years' working experience in service desk and system support
· Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365 applications, Blackberry
