Responsibilities:
- Consult and oversee the clinical information system for reviewing its performance with system configurations and data analysis
- Document the workflow and tasks completed into the digital tools
- Work closely with sales team in order to provide technical support and consultation during external meetings (pre-sales)
- Implement & enhance system project with hospitals, clinics and medical clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or above major in Information Systems Technology, Software Engineering and Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting, with healthcare industry is a plus
- Scripting and API integration skills are required
- Cisco, Visual Studio skillset with SQL and data analysis is preferred
- Energetic, great interpersonal skills and fluent in English and Chinese
- A can-do attitude with customer-oriented mindset
