The media group operates the leading pay-TV service in Hong Kong delivering both self-produced and licensed content to its customers using advanced IPTV technology. It is also a leading producer of Chinese language news, financial news and sports programming in addition to Asian infotainment content which complements its wide portfolio of licensed movie and international television content as well as the provision of over-the-top (OTT) video service in Hong Kong and other places in the region. In addition, it also has a hugely popular lossless music digital streaming service in Hong Kong.
TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Front End/Mobile/Web Architect
- Deliver large scale OTT projects on global markets
- Lead multiple teams to design, develop and deliver IT solutions
- Analyse user requirements, conducting detailed design and architecture
- Manage the entire project life cycle including project planning, implementation, testing and resource allocation
- Ability to identify solutions to problems and implement them effectively
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of solid experience in front-end application development and at least 3 years in technical lead role
- Attention to detail, deadline-oriented with multi-tasking capability
- Strong project management and analytics skills
- Hands on experience on Mobile Application Development is a must
- In-depth knowledge in Objective C / Swift, Android, Java is a must
- Experience in HTML5 / CSS 3 and JavaScript would be highly desired
- Experience in delivering OTT projects is highly desired
- Experience in setting up Git / Jenkins / Fastlane / Gradle continuous integration platforms would be an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in applying Agile principles into the development environment is a plus, e.g. Lean, Scrum, or XP
- Excellent communication skill in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
