Duties
- 1st tier onsite or offsite helpdesk support including email, phone, remote and onsite troubleshooting
- Perform shift duty support as per request and assignments
Requirements
- Associate Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines
- Solid "ManageEngine" or other ITAM tools support experience (setup and configuration)
- Flexible to work shift duty
- VIP or remote support experience
- Fluent English and fair Mandarin is preferable
- Candidate with less experience but with positive learning attitue will be considered
