Responsibilities

  1. Performing day-to-day LAN Administration jobs, maintaining and performing troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 or 2012;
  2. Supporting standard OA applications;
  3. Support networking, DHCP, DNS, Active Directory under Windows / Linux environment.
  4. Supporting Lotus Notes with Confidential Mail System in Departments;
  5. Managing Symantec SEP virus definition updating through SEP server including user support on cleaning virus in infected PCs;
  6. Manage centralized backup system, i.e. Symantec Backup Exec, Symantec System Recovery
  7. Troubleshooting hardware, software, networking and configuration problems in PCs and notebooks; and
  8. Routing protocol and configuration of Cisco Routers and switches

Experience

  1. At least 4 years of experience in administration and support of network and IT systems;
  2. At least 2 years of experience working in Departments environment as IT technical support staff;
  3. Less expereicned will be considered for Junior position;


Qualification

  1. MCITP, MCSE or MCSA
  2. IBM Certified System Administrator Lotus Notes and Domino
