Electrical Appliances
Duties:
- Handle installation, repair, maintenance and testing of large power systems, including: electric switchboards, power distribution systems, uninterruptible power supply systems and back-up generators
- Monitor the progress, quality and safety of contractors
Air Conditioning
Duties:
- Handle installation, repair, maintenance and testing of central air-conditioning systems
- Monitor the progress, quality and safety of contractors
- Assist the supervisor in handling all air-conditioning matters and perform inspection and reporting systems
Requirements:
- At least 3 years hands-on experience related mechanical and electrical maintenance and maintenance experience
- Hold the relevant apprenticeship or mechanic certificate
- Ability to write Chinese maintenance reports and read simple English work orders
- Individual jobs are required to shift
Individual positions are subject to the following valid certificates / licenses:
- Certificate of Competence Testing issued by the Construction Industry Training Authority
- Security card
- Approved worker certificate (confined space)
- Fire device has knowledge
- A certificate of electrical quantity A or above issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department
- The following certificates / licenses / experiences are preferred
- Hong Kong Driving License Category (1) or (2)
- (certificate of B or C issued by the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department)
