Our client is a leading legal firm.
This position will be responsible overseeing the service delivery and provide daily technical support to users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide end-users technical IT support with supporting IT ticketing system
- Assist in server administration, troubleshooting and backup
- Provide end-user software applications and hardware support, such as laptops, desktops and mobile devices
- Perform incident and service request management
- Provide IT training to end-users
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Computer Science, information Technology or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support
- Familiar with computer hardware, servers, network and handheld devices
- Proven experience in end-user facing
- Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
