Our client is a leading legal firm.

This position will be responsible overseeing the service delivery and provide daily technical support to users.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-users technical IT support with supporting IT ticketing system
  • Assist in server administration, troubleshooting and backup
  • Provide end-user software applications and hardware support, such as laptops, desktops and mobile devices
  • Perform incident and service request management
  • Provide IT training to end-users

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Computer Science, information Technology or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in technical support
  • Familiar with computer hardware, servers, network and handheld devices
  • Proven experience in end-user facing
  • Fluent communication, both written and spoken, in English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
