Duties:
- As a level 2/3 operations support on virtualization platforms (VMware based)
- Need to support Windows Server 2008 & 2012
- Knowledge in MS System Centre 2012 would have added advantage
- Administrative tasks including patching, regular housekeeping, capacity planning and system documentation
- Implementation support for project rollout
- Incident & problem management
- Solid experience in following change management process
- Work and communicate closely with customers, vendors and internal support teams
- On-call support required in case of incidents
Requirements:
- Degree holder in IT or related disciplines
- With at least 6 years of relevant experiences
- Certified MCP, MCSE, MCITP or VC5 is preferred but not mandatory
- Added advantage with hands-on experiences in MS Exchange, Active Directory; Sharepoint, scripting & clustering
- Solid experiences in Dell servers, IBM X-series servers and HP C-series servers
- Experiences in cloud infrastructure preferred
- Good knowledge in ITIL process
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player
