VMWare System Engineer
Our client is a leading IT service and product provider and they are urgently seeking an experienced VMWare System Engineer to work onsite directly with one of their Banking clients.
Responsibilites
- Provide level 2/3 operation support on virtualization platforms (VMware based).
- Need to support Windows Server 2008 & 2012.
- Administrative tasks including patching, regular housekeeping, capacity planning and system documentation;
- Implementation support for project rollout;
- Incident & problem management;
- Provide technical guidance to juniors;
- On-call support required in case of incidents.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in VMWare platforms.
- Knowledge in MS System Centre 2012 would have added advantage.
- Solid experience in following change management process;
- Ability to work and communicate with various teams, vendorrs and stakeholders.
