Responsibilities:

  • Project Management include but not limited to project planning, coordination and supervision.
  • Responsible for Call Centre migration.
  • Vendor management.
  • Testing strategy planning.
  • Manage implementation in Data Center.
  • Troubleshooting for customer reported problem.


Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
  • At least 6 years working experience with Voice/Contact Centre background (Server background will also be considered).
  • Solid experience on Oracle SBC and Nuance is preferred.
  • Willing to work under pressure and odd hours working.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Good team player, proactive, self-motivated and open-minded.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written in both Chinese and English.
