Responsibilities
- Working for Insurance Company
- Review the services, operations and managing the operation done by 3rd party including review service activation, bridge between internal team and vendor, review OS upgrade, etc.
Specific Technical Knowledge:
- Good understanding of AD, GPO, operating systems and their relationships;
- Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Cluster, Powershell, batch programming, VBScipt, WMI, RPC, VDI, DNS and DHCP;
- Knowledge in VMWare v5 and V6, SharePoint 2016;
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft OS products including Windows Server 2016, Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 10;
- Knowledge in Microsoft product licensing is a must;
- Diverse troubleshooting skills, even logs, GPResult, perfmon, process dumps, etc.;
- Knowledge in SUSE/Redhat Linux and Solaris will be an advantage
