Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end vision and roadmap for AI products aligned with strategic bank objectives.
- Orchestrate cross-functional collaboration between technical engineering teams and non-technical business stakeholders.
- Develop Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and drive rapid prototype/PoC initiatives.
- Establish and track KPIs to evaluate and scale successful AI prototypes into enterprise deployments.
- Deliver high-quality data analytics solutions tailored to dynamic business environments and emerging priorities.
- Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and required risk controls across all project activities.
- University degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, data analytics, or technical roles within financial services or data-intensive environments.
- Understanding of AI model architectures, Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG frameworks.
- In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques, advanced algorithms, and vector databases.
- Familiarity with project collaboration software like Jira and Confluence alongside prototyping tools like Figma.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, business storytelling, and a strong ownership mindset under ambiguous conditions.
