- Manage and optimize data collection schedules, oversee field equipment inspections, and troubleshoot issues to ensure high operational performance and compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, extract insights, and initiate projects aimed at significantly improving overall operational efficiency.
- Support system enhancements and new developments by conducting thorough User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and providing feedback to technical teams.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), operational guidelines, and training materials to support daily activities and ensure best practices.
Requirements:
- Higher Certificate / Diploma or above in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related disciplines.
- Ideally with at least 1 year of relevant IT or data operations experience. Fresh graduates with a proactive attitude and strong potential are also highly encouraged to apply.
- Solid hands-on experience in data analytics, data visualization, and programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, Power Platforms, and Power BI.
- Familiarity with enterprise management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and experience in data acquisition operations is a strong advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
