The Role:
- Support the full recruitment lifecycle for IT positions, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals (e.g. software developers, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data roles)
- Partner with senior consultants to understand client hiring needs and job requirements
- Develop market knowledge and stay up to date with IT trends and talent demand
- Candidates with prior recruitment internship or full‑time experience are highly preferred
- Strong interest in Technology and the IT job market
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven mindset
- Good communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Structured training and mentorship from experienced recruitment consultants
- Clear career progression path (Associate → Consultant → Senior Consultant)
