- Assist Cross Boundary Banking team (CBB) to implement business and customer service strategies to deliver business objectives
- Provide general or administrative support in department/ branch in CBB team
- Perform data consolidation and prepare daily MI reports on key business achievement for Management review.
- Work closely with team/ branch to ensure efficient and courteous service within CBB team
- To assist Operation Manager/ Assistant Area Manager to ensure all control measures relevant to the job responsibilities are undertaken to minimize the risk exposure of bank
- Education: Form 5 / DSE graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year of banking experience, preferable in retail banking business
- Good command in both spoken and written English & Chinese, with ability to communicate in Putonghua an advantage
- Good communication skills & being a team player
