- Take ownership of business requirements for assigned digital initiatives and project deliveries
- Support idea generation through customer and market research, design thinking, and business justification, including customer journey mapping
- Prepare and refine business epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria within agreed timelines
- Maintain and groom the product backlog to ensure development readiness and alignment with business priorities
- Produce and optimize digital content across mobile apps, online platforms, public websites, and digital communications to enhance user experience
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes
- Minimum 2 years of experience in requirements management or digital delivery roles, preferably within large‑scale transformation initiatives
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to escalate risks, issues, and blockers when required
- Good understanding of design thinking, customer‑centric design, Agile frameworks, and delivery best practices
- Hands‑on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms (e.g. Microsoft Teams)
