- Assist in end-to-end delivery of product enhancements, new product development, or system projects to achieve business goals
- Perform user requirement elicitation and documentation
- Support test planning and test case preparation in accordance with requirements and user stories
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure production launch readiness
- Provide timely updates/escalation to management
- At least 1-2 years of BA/QA work experience in the banking industry
- Skilled in requirement gathering and testing
- Preferably with working knowledge of Digital Service Delivery or investment products, such as Gold and Funds
- Good understanding of the system applications end, preferably with some technical knowledge
- Proficient in spoken / writing skills in both Cantonese and English
