The Role:
  • Actively hunt, prospect, and secure new enterprise clients to expand company market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and strategic partners to drive customer retention and revenue growth
  • Develop tailored account penetration strategies for target enterprise sectors (e.g., FSI, Conglomerates, Retail, Public Sector)
  • Partner with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to architect winning proposals and tender responses
  • Maintain an adaptable approach to shifting market trends, tech disruptions, and competitive movements
Experience Needed:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development within the technology sector
  • Strong background working within a System Integration company is mandatory
  • Extensive experience selling IT solutions and services directly to enterprise-level clients
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts simply to non-technical business buyers
  • Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
