- Manage and support Azure and Alibaba Cloud resources across multi-cloud and hybrid environments
- Maintain reliable, highly available, secure IT platforms using Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
- Develop and manage infrastructure automation using Ansible Automation Platform
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot technical issues, and participate in DR drills and after-hours support when required
- Support infrastructure projects across cloud and on-premises environments
Experience Needed:
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- At least 4-5 years of experience in cloud engineering, infrastructure automation, DevOps, or platform services
- Hands-on experience with Alibaba Cloud; exposure to Azure is an advantage
- Skilled in Ansible Automation Platform and Python scripting
- Good command of spoken and written English
