- Manage platforms and services in a multi-cloud environment.
- Implement and deliver projects in hybrid environments (cloud and on-premises) with a focus on high availability, performance, and security.
- Oversee cloud computing resources, servers, databases, SAN storage, data protection, and disaster recovery.
- Perform cloud/server/storage operations and system administration tasks.
- Implement and manage automation tools and platforms such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of IT experience in cloud/server operations, system administration, and support.
- Administration and troubleshooting of Microsoft Windows, Linux, MS SQL DB, HP Proliant blade servers, and blade infrastructure.
- Experience with multi-cloud platforms like Azure and Alibaba Cloud is a plus.
- Proficiency in automation and DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, Terraform, and Ansible Automation Platform.
- Experience with scripting languages like PowerShell, Bash, and Python.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English
