Project Nature:
On-going system maintenance and application support for various computer systems including data warehouse system and development of new application systems
Job Description:
- Responsible to provide application support for various computer systems including the data warehouse system
- Required to perform trouble shooting, rectifying and resolving programming problems when incidents occurred, design and develop programs for new application systems
- Required to coordinate with users in defining the function requirements and conducting UAT testing, and coordinate with vendors for outsourced development of new application systems
- Perform any works assigned by supervisor
Requirement Details:
- Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or above
- Must have 4 years' hands-on experience in application development and support and 3 years' as similar capacity
- Hand-on working experience in Java Programming
- Hands-on working experience in Java application framework (e.g. Struts, Apache)
- Atleast 1 year hands-on experience in Cognos
- Atleast 1 year hands-on experience in DB2 and Data Warehouse
- Good command of written and oral both language (English and Chinese
Other Remaks:
- May require to work outside the office hours in providing on-call support
- Must be a Self-learner capable of acquiring the latest skills related to the assigned work
