At least 4 years or above relevant IT working experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support for the Departmental Portal revamp, encompassing UI/UX design, AI service setup, system programming, configuration, and testing.
- Provide ongoing maintenance support for the underlying system software and servers of the Departmental Portal across development, testing, and production environments.
- Liaise and coordinate with business users, IT teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of the above duties.
- A Bachelor's or above in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required
- A strong relevant technical background and practical system support experience with Web-based (Internet and Intranet) systems and applications.
- Solid experience in developing Departmental Portals, with particular expertise in UI/UX design and optimization.
- At least 2 years hands on JAVA Programming, JavaScript Programming and System Implementation Maintain & Support.
- Preferably public sector related project experience and knowledge in implementing AI and digital transformation projects.
