Job Duties
Handle customer telephone enquiries related to appliance products in daily operations.
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and WhatsApp, providing accurate and timely information.
Schedule repair appointments and arrange installation bookings.
Address customer complaints to resolve issues.
Oversee warranty services and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Input data for installation and repair job creation into the system.
Promote and sell complementary products, such as AC cleaning and maintenance contracts.
Provide technical assistance for appliance products, helping customers troubleshoot issues and guiding them through solutions.
Requirements
HKCEE / HKDSE or above
Around 1 year of experience, preferably with experience in hotline service.
Experience in the home appliance industry is not a must.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
Proficient in PC applications (Chinese word processing)
Customer-oriented, proactive and strong communication and problem solving skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
