- Oversee data validation, estimation, and editing operations to ensure data accuracy, quality, and performance targets are achieved
- Perform data analytics and workflow automation to improve work efficiency
- Provide support and resolution for data inquiries from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate and manage system enhancement initiatives, including user acceptance testing (UAT), system health checks, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes, system reliability, and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, Information Management, or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in data handling, data operations, and/or data analysis
- Skilled in Power BI / Power Automate / Python
- Good analytical mind, critical thinking, and fast learning
