You will drive the digital messaging propositions across legacy and new digital platforms to ensure flawless execution of value-added communications within the banking sector. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will perform hands-on analytics for campaign lead generation, track performance, and translate data into actionable insights that optimize customer service delivery
Responsibilities
- Deliver digital messaging propositions across various legacy and new digital platforms including eDM, SMS, MMS, and Push Notifications
- Provide end-to-end management of the digital messaging delivery lifecycle from initial scoping through development, post-implementation support, and measurement
- Collaborate with cross-functional business, analytics, and technology teams to design, manufacture, and deploy optimized digital messages
- Perform hands-on data analytics for campaign lead generation and post-campaign tracking
- Identify and share strategic insights derived from data analytics to drive business growth
- Provide operational insights to ensure efficient, effective, and flawless customer service delivery processes
- University degree in Statistics, Data and Information Management, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- At least 1 year’s retail banking experience specializing in information and data management
- Proven experience in AI-related projects such as AI agents and AI Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Strong hands-on technical skills in Python and SQL
- Solid understanding of digital messaging technologies like SFMC and AEM alongside analytics tools like SAS, Tableau, QlikSense, or Pega
- Track record in data-related roles or campaign management within the financial services industry
