- Lead and deliver business analysis activities across one or more digital banking programmes, working closely with project teams, technology teams and/or BAU functions.
- Gather, analyse and document business requirements, user stories, process flows and functional specifications for banking digital platform projects.
- Support multiple initiatives in parallel, including various BA-related activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are clearly documented, properly tracked and aligned with business needs.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst and/or QA experience, preferably gained from banking digital platform projects.
- Working Experience in using JIRA and Confluence for requirement documentation, project tracking, issue management and delivery support.
- PRC-related project experience is a bonus.
