Job Description
Personalization & Campaign Management:
  • Support the end-to-end implementation of hyper-personalization journeys for our clients.
  • Execute campaigns to commercialize of customer insights from digital behaviours and data.
  • Develop and support customer engagement campaigns to increase client digital activeness and drive revenue and Net New Investment Assets (NNIA).
  • Assist in the execution of data-driven personalization strategies to deliver targeted content and tailored experiences.
Content Strategy & Commercialization:
  • Manage the pre-login content for our digital platforms, ensuring it is engaging and up-to-date.
  • Support the implementation of a comprehensive content strategy focused on driving commercial outcomes, including lead generation and client transactions.
  • Assist with customer communication blasts for CIO house views and other key content.
  • Support content distribution efforts across all relevant digital channels (e.g., Citi Mobile App, website, email, social media) to maximize reach.
Performance & Operations:
  • Support the tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to content engagement, lead generation, and conversion rates.
  • Assist in analyzing data to identify trends, optimize content performance, and refine commercialization strategies.
  • Manage marketing and expense accruals.
  • Help implement strategies to capture and nurture leads from content engagement through the sales funnel.
Collaboration & Compliance:
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including the CIO Office, Investment Advisory, Marketing, Data, Product, Compliance, Legal, and Technology to ensure seamless execution.
  • Ensure all content and communication activities adhere strictly to relevant Citi policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, campaign management with data analysis and tracking marketing KPIs, or a similar role, preferably within a large organization.
  • Demonstrable experience with personalization strategies and content management systems (CMS).
  • Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across different teams.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to regulatory and compliance standards.
  • Fluency in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
