Key Responsibilities
- Design intuitive and visually engaging interfaces for desktop, mobile, and mini-program platforms.
- Develop comprehensive wireframes and flow maps covering both standard and exception user journeys.
- Present design concepts and rationales to stakeholders to facilitate alignment and decision-making.
- Provide high-fidelity, pixel-perfect design specifications to the development team for implementation.
- Ensure all design outputs maintain brand consistency and meet global accessibility standards.
- Create digital launch assets, including website updates, user guides, and app store visuals.
- Conduct market research on emerging trends to propose innovative enhancements for existing products.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design.
- Prior experience within the banking or financial services sector is highly preferred.
- Proven proficiency in industry-standard tools, specifically Figma and Sketch.
- Strong technical skills in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a self-motivated approach to project delivery.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
