- Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of digital workplace and office collaboration initiatives.
- Independently lead assigned projects to deliver user-centric solutions across digital infrastructure and collaboration platforms (e.g., VC/PABX, Microsoft 365, WeCom, WPS).
- Drive stakeholder management, end-user experience improvement, and structured change management, while ensuring compliance with cross-border requirements (Hong Kong, Mainland China, Southeast Asia).
- Provide second-line technical support for Microsoft 365 and Mainland China collaboration tools, resolving issues efficiently and managing escalations appropriately.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience delivering digital workspace or end-user computing projects.
- Strong practical experience with Microsoft 365, VC/PABX systems, and office renovation/site delivery projects.
- Understanding of network fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and information security best practices.
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from initiation to closure, delivering within agreed timelines and budgets.
- Fluency in spoken and written Cantonese and English.
