- Assist in overseeing IT infrastructure operations, including servers, storage, network, virtualization, security controls, cloud management, disaster recovery, and service management.
- Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks and operational mechanisms to ensure the stability, availability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
- Work closely with third party delivery partners, data centre service providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on infrastructure design, implementation, problem management, and change management.
- Review technical deliverables, infrastructure proposals, system designs, and related documentation to ensure they are complete, practical, and aligned with project requirements.
- Recommend suitable technical solutions, infrastructure standards, technologies, and products, and support capacity planning, cost estimation, and documentation preparation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in system architecture, infrastructure design, or large-scale IT infrastructure implementation.
- Experience in large corporations, financial institutions, or government-related projects would be highly preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, problem-solving, technical research, and documentation skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Professional certifications in infrastructure, cloud, security, networking, or related areas would be an advantage.
