- Oversee daily operational data validation, adjustment, and exception handling to ensure accuracy and process efficiency.
- Support data-related enquiries from internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Review outstanding cases, abnormal records, and system-generated exceptions, and propose suitable follow-up actions.
- Coordinate system enhancement activities, including user testing, issue tracking, and system health checks.
- Provide coaching and training to team members and support continuous improvement of daily operations.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Management, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in data operations, system enhancement, IT project support, or cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience in data analysis, data engineering, operational reporting, or data-related projects would be preferred.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar tools would be an advantage.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication skills, fast learning ability, and flexibility to handle ad-hoc tasks.
