- Lead the planning and implementation of large-scale IT infrastructure projects
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with project objectives
- Work closely with internal and external parties on planning and execution
- Prepare project and technical documents such as project plan, project reports, technical specifications, and test reports
- Bachelor's Degree, preferably in information systems or IT-related disciplines
- At least 8 years of hands-on IT Infrastructure project management experience, preferably in IT Consulting firms or the banking industry
- Experience in managing large-scale IT projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, influencing, and mediation skills
- Certifications in Project Management (e.g., PMP) are highly desired
