IT Program Manager
- Lead end-to-end private cloud deployment and application migration programmes across multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timeline, and quality objectives.
- Engage with C-suite stakeholders, steering committees, and vendors, providing governance oversight and strategic progress reporting.
- Manage programme budgets, financial controls, and governance processes for multi-year transformation initiatives
- At least 6 years of IT programme/project management experience, including large-scale digital transformation programmes
- Ability to work independently with strong ownership, risk management, and decision-making capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
IT Project Manager
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex application migration and transformation projects across business units, IT teams, and vendors.
- Plan schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Monitor project budgets, control costs, and forecast expenditures to ensure financial targets are met
- At least 3 years of IT project management experience, including application modernisation and migration projects
- Experience with cloud and PaaS environments, including process re-engineering initiatives
- Hands-on knowledge of secure-by-design practices and CI/CD implementation
- Good communication skills in English, Chinese, and Mandarin
