- Work closely with cross‑functional teams (technical, product, support) and vendors to drive aligned project execution while ensuring adherence to contractual commitments and quality benchmarks.
- Partner with the presales team to deliver product showcases and lead Proof‑of‑Concept (POC) initiatives for enterprise customers.
- Engage with clients to capture operational needs and convert them into structured, executable project deliverables.
- Develop and validate system‑related documentation while conducting assessments on solution options to provide informed technical recommendations.
- At least 4 years of hands‑on IT project management experience
- Knowledge of managing AI applications
- Exposure to major cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) would be an advantage.
- Strong abilities in communication, team coordination, and analytical problem‑solving.
