- Lead enterprise integration platform initiatives and application integration projects from planning through production launch
- Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirements, solution design, build, testing, migration, deployment, hypercare, and support handover
- Plan and control project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, dependencies, procurement, and governance reporting
- Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate internal stakeholders, vendors, cloud, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and offshore teams
- Own platform governance and product management activities, including roadmap planning, lifecycle management, security, resilience, and continuous platform improvement
Experience Needed:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
- At least 8 years of IT experience, skilled in managing enterprise application, platform, or integration projects, with multiple end-to-end production implementations
- Professional certification in Project Management, Agile, Service Management, or Product Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, ITIL) is preferred
- Proven experience in project delivery, stakeholder management, vendor management, governance, testing, migration, production rollout, and service transition
- Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with knowledge of enterprise integration technologies, APIs, middleware, cloud integration, and related platforms considered an advantage
