- Assist in planning and delivering major workstreams for a large-scale financial services transformation programme.
- Manage project schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, budgets and progress reporting.
- Coordinate technology, operations, process, commercial and vendor-related activities across internal and external teams.
- Maintain effective stakeholder communication and oversee delivery throughout the full project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams and third-party suppliers to ensure timely implementation.
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- At least 6 years of project management experience, preferably in financial services or the public sector
- Hands-on experience in managing pension-related projects is essential
- Experience in complex digital projects, especially testing and implementation
- Vendor management experience and PMP certification are advantageous
- Good spoken and written Cantonese and English
